NVEs hovedkontor er en viktig og unik representant for modernistiske, offentlige kontorbygg fra 1960-tallet. M29 er tegnet av Enger og Lykke-Enger og har integrert kunst av Odd Tandberg og Nic Schiøll. Bygget fra 1964 er i tillegg et godt eksempel på gjenbruk og tilpasning av et eldre bygg til et moderne kontorlandskap. I 2011 ble M29 delvis fredet.  Dagens eier er SKB Eiendom AS.

NVE Building
The headquarters for the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) is a characteristic and unique representative of official construction from the 1960s in the International style. M29 was designed by Enger and Lykke-Enger and features integrated artworks by Odd Tandberg and Nic Schiøll. The building dating from 1964 is also a model for
the recycling and renovation of older building mass into modern and efficient office space
